Delivery Service
We only deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt and sent within 2-5 business days by post or courier if we have the item in stock. Delivery will then be within 3-10 working days. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.
Back Order Products: Products on back order will have extended delivery times. We estimate that back order products will take an additional 2-4 weeks longer than our regular shipping timelines.

Costs: Delivery is calculated based on your weight of items. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is changed per product in your cart vs on the entire order. There is no delivery charge for items picked up in our shop. You can pay on delivery for instore pick up only.

Proof of delivery: Products will only be sent to the cardholders address. Customers will be required to sign a delivery docket by the courier as proof of delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
For any warranty claim, the machine must be serviced at proper intervals and service records kept by the customer. Each machine must be maintained as instructed in the owners handbook.
All products are covered by the full manufacturers warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can cancel within seven days of your purchase or seven days from the receipt of the goods, (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition with all packaging and instructions to us at address shown on the contact us page.
We are not able to offer exchanges online.
